“I am impressed with this diet supplement because all the others I have used NEVER helped even with diet and excercise. I was extremely skeptical when I bought it but thought it wouldn’t hurt to try. I had already been following a low glycemic diet for about three weeks and lost 3.5 lbs. I drink 60-70 oz of water daily and I excercise 2-3 times a week doing cardio on the elliptical. I allow myself one day a week to eat whatever I want. So I just added Akavar into this regimine. In one week, I have dropped 6 more pounds! I find that I am quite full very quickly which makes it much easier to stick to my diet. And on my cheat days I am not tempted to eat everything in sight because I get full so fast. I do have more energy. I take two in the morning and two at lunch. I think it has rev’d up my metabolism because no other supplement has worked the way this one has. I don’t normally have much caffeine so I did get a headache and slight jitters the first two days due to the caffeine in the formula. Now I don’t have any side effects at all. Let me say I DO NOT believe you can eat ANYTHING you want and lose weight. You should strive to make healthy choices and add some excercise. Akavar does say you can eat ALL you want and still lose weight because it significantly reduces the amount you want to eat. There is a difference between anything and all.
