With any dietary supplements it’s important to know more about the product, especially what ingredients it contains. The following are the six major ingredients that can be found in Akavar 20/50
- Yerba mate- a species of holly that is usually found in subtropical South America. It looks like a shrub or small tree and can grow up to 15 meters tall. It is a slightly less potent stimulant than coffee and is much gentler on the stomach.
- Guarana- a common plant native to the Amazon basin and is best known for its fruit, which is the size of a coffee berry. Each fruit, which contains one seed, contains about five times as much caffeine as a coffee bean.
- Green tea- is made with Camellia sinensis leaves that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. It is believed that drinking green tea may have lower chances of heart disease or developing certain types of cancer.
- Kola nut- comes from a tree that is native to the rainforests of Africa. The kola nut has a bitter flavor and contains caffeine. It is chewed in many West African cultures, individually or in a group setting, often ceremonially.
- Ginseng- found mostly in eastern Asia, that was once used to treat type II diabetes, sexual dysfunction in men and as a nourishing supplement. Today it can be found in many popular energy drinks.
- Ginger root- originated in China, but has since spread throughout the world. It is most well known as a cooking spice
