I just purchased my first bottle about a week ago. I have to say I have tried many diet pills, shakes, etc. This is the best product for controlling hunger. I have to remind myself to eat! I know I will shed pounds. Usually with any product containg caffeine there is a chance for the jitters and a feeling of being “high”. As of today I have not had any jittery feelings or any “coming down” feelings!!! No depression, angitation, light-headedness, stomach cramps, that I have felt with past diet pills. Just bought my first bottle of Akavar and so far so good. I have not had any nausea or any type of mood changes. I think every body that is trying to lose weight should try akavar. Its worth a try I mean if it makes you sick then dont take it. I mean common sense people.
