<li>Concentrate on strength training &#8211; larger muscles burn more calories.</li>
<li>Drink lots and lots of water!   You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces daily &#8211; it&#8217;ll help minimize over eating, keep you feeling full, and can help you lose weight.  Try to drink at least one full glass of water with every meal.</li>
<li>Exercise for at least 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week.  You can even break up your workouts &#8211; working out for 10 minute intervals three times a day is just as effective as working out for a full 30 minutes.</li>
