So you’re exercising regularly, eating healthier, and taking a weight loss pill to help you shed those initial stubborn pounds. But is there more you could be doing to lose even more?
How about chugging back more H2O? That’s right…did you know that plain, old water can actually help you lose weight? That’s because when you don’t drink enough water throughout the day (even when you aren’t exercising), you become dehydrated. Even slight dehydration can increase cravings and foster overeating, which can lead to weight gain.
When you feel the munchies strike, drink a glass of water and wait 15 minutes; a craving (as opposed to true hunger) will dissipate. If regular H20 isn’t your favorite, infuse some flavor by adding lemon or lime wedges, cut cucumbers, or a sprig of parsley to your glass of water.
